Inspiring Futures Launch

This ambitious project is designed to support young people in Leeds and Bradford to access meaningful employment. By working closely with employers, educators, and key partners across the public, health, and private sectors, we aim to open doors, challenge barriers, and create real change.

Inspiring Futures is rooted in equity. It focuses on supporting young people from ethnic minority backgrounds, particularly those from Bangladeshi and Pakistani communities, and tackling the discrimination that too often limits their opportunities in the workplace.

This is about more than employment. It is about fairness, opportunity, and building a future where every young person can thrive.
