Community Iftaar 2024

Hamara was proud to partner with the Leeds United Foundation to host a Community Iftaar at Elland Road. Held during Ramadan in the Centenary Pavilion, the event brought together more than 300 people to share a meal, connect across cultures, and celebrate the values of reflection, unity, and community.

The evening was part of a growing effort to build understanding around the Muslim holy month and foster stronger connections between communities and football. Our ongoing partnership with Leeds United, through programmes like Active Through Football, continues to show how sport can be a powerful force for inclusion and shared purpose.
