Yoga (Women only Age: 14+) *FREE

Every Tuesday 1:30pm – 2:30pm                                                                                                   

Location: Hamara in main Hall

All abilities welcome!

What to expect from the session?

Learn techniques to focus your mind on your breathing so that you are able to clear your mind so you feel relaxed and stress free. Yoga unites the body and mind and therefore allows you to move in a way that results in an injury free, healthier you. By practising yoga you may maintain a healthier weight, become more flexible and improve your muscle tone and strength.

Every Wednesday 6:00pm – 7:00pm

Location: Hamara in the main hall

What to expect from the session?

All fitness levels will benefit from this workout designed to take you out of your comfort zone. Whatever your fitness goal, this all-round workout will keep you on track with a structured series of timed exercises designed to help you burn fat and tone up at the same time.


Zumba (Women Olny Age: 14+) *FREE

Every Wednesday 7.00pm 8.00pm

Location: Hamara in main Hall

What to expect from the session?

We meet at Hamara Centre for Zumba a great way to burn calories and have fun at the same time.  Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it. Aimed to be fun and a chance to socialise with friends and family.

Swimming (Women only Age: 14+) *FREE  

Every Thursday 11:45pm – 2:00pm

Location: Meet at Hamara and walk down to John Charles Sport Centre

What to expect from the session?

We meet at Hamara Centre and walk down to John Charles Sport Centre. Swimming is a great way to lose weight, burn calories and puts little stress on your body. Swimming works all the major muscles, and will tone you up!  The session aims to be fun and a chance to socialise with friends and family.

Older women gym session (Women only Age: 50+ all abilities) *FREE  

Every Friday 11:00am – 12:00pm                                                                                                 

Location:  Hamara gym

What to expect from the session?

The gym session is tailored to meet the needs of the individual. You have the opportunity to use a range of gym equipment. Regular exercise protects from chronic disease, improves mood and lowers chances of injury. Moderate physical activity is good for people of all ages and of all ability levels.. Many medical conditions are improved with exercise, including heart diseasediabetes, high blood pressure and obesity.

Badminton Smash up (Women only Age: 14+) *FREE and *equipment provided

Every Friday 10:30am – 12:00pm                                                                                                  

Location:  Old Cockburn Sports Hall – Meet at Hamara Transport Provided

What to expect from the session?

Head down to play a game of Badminton,enjoy a light hearted, fun activity. You will find that you will be off court occasionally. During those times, you’ll get to mingle, socialise and make lots of new friends.

Legs Bums and Tums (Women only Age: 14+) *FREE

Every Friday 6.00pm– 7:00pm                                                                                                  

Location:  Hamara Main Hall

All abilities welcome!

What to expect from the session?

Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom. A popular groups exercise class targeting the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body.
