Compliance Operations Manager & Quality Operations Manager Hours: 37 per week
These are important senior management roles within the organisation. You will be required to skilfully manage and deliver our service model, embedding a shared vision for the service, communicating it effectively and consistently to staff, service users and stakeholders, in accordance with compliance and quality standards.
The Compliance Operation Manager role will focus on ensuring all projects run by Hamara have operations in place, which are compliant with all relevant legislation and standards. The Quality Operations Manager role will involve ensuring all projects run by Hamara meet mandatory quality levels as well as ensuring all operational functions of Hamara are supportive of its successful development. For both Operations Manager roles candidates must have the following:
- A minimum of 3 years’ management experience
- Experience of implementing and maintaining monitoring systems which measure quality of a project and/or process or
- Experience of leading and managing change in the workplace
- Knowledge of current issues related to third sector
